Shellia Jackson is a 20 year childcare educator who has received several degrees and multiple trainings. Her degrees include a CDA and a Business Management degree as well. Shellia and her husband Darrick have 3 wonderful children (Shanice, Darrick Jr. and Jabari).
TLC LEARNING ACADEMY started in August 2001 in a small 2 bedroom house in the South part of Memphis.
TLC LEARNING ACADEMY has greatly expanded since then and has now moved to the
Whitehaven area and in a center that offers Full time, part time and drop-in care for children 6 weeks to 12 years old.
TLC Learning Academy is a licensed facility in Memphis and is a "Gold Sneaker Facility" as a part of the Gold Sneaker Initiative. You can find out more about the initiative here:
